the mattress was too firm for my liking. only one pillow was provided and i found that insufficient. the sound of trains was noticeable even with the windows closed.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Staff were helpful and allowed early check-in, I really appreciated it. The hotel's proximity to public transport options made exploring convenient. I found the location near Uber Arena to be ideal for my event (plus, the city center was easily accessible).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the super clean, spacious room I had . The furnishings seemed brand new and the bed was particularly cosy. The smart TV and the well-equipped small kitchen were great additions.

The ventilation system was quite noisy. Turning it off was the only solution, which resulted in reduced air quality in the room.
